What do you mean anti-Israel? You mean denying Jewish connection to Israel and denying jewish nationhood (I.e. you want Israel to be gone) or do you mean anti-Israeli government actions? It absolutely isn’t Jew hating to disagree with a particular policy or settlement expansion etc. but if one rejects that Jews have no connection to Jew-dea (Judea) then that would be denying Jewish identity and a form of hate.
