Judging? Judging implies I somehow think people are bad if they aren’t doing what I think they should. I don’t go around thinking people are bad unless they are engaged in conscious hatred. But that doesn’t mean I can’t want more people to stand up against injustice. Vote for people who have braoder and deeper ideas. Demand better action at their companies. Broaden their ethnic and racial circles. It’s too easy just to throw the word judge around so none of us can ever opine on anything. As for your Danish background, white is not an ethnic group. America provides different experiences for people with white skin than it does for people without white skin. No banker or investor or physician would know a person with light skin has a Danish background unless it was volunteered or if you have an accent. But even in that scenario there’s a system in place that still favors white skin color.
