But we know that the Babylonian Talmud was reduced it’s form it’s in about 500 so I’m happy to edit to 1,500 years ago although we know that it’s precursor the Mishnah was written down in about 200. The laws, though, were already being discussed and created about just under 2,000 years ago. Appreciate the comment.
